The company specializes in recruiting investors and in the acquisition, leasing, sale, and brokerage of commercial properties, shopping centers, hotels, nursing homes, offices, buildings, industrial and logistics areas, land for construction and combination transactions, agricultural land, and the purchase and sale of companies and businesses, among other activities.
The Design Process.
The client came with the brand language of the global company but wanted to differentiate themselves from it since the global company targets private clients looking for personal properties. The local company, however, works with larger clients, including commercial entities and investors. We needed to adapt the existing design with subtle adjustments for a different audience. We had to build a search engine and a filtering system that was slightly different and easy to operate, so that agencies could use the system easily without requiring retraining of existing teams.
