Snapify is a startup company that has developed a revolutionary product in the field of event photography. The product allows photographers to edit photos using their unique presets in real-time and send them immediately to the client. Guests at the event can also enjoy their personal photos during the event. As Head of Design I was responsible for and managed all design-related aspects in the company.
We started with brand building and creating a brand book. I managed interactions with an external marketing company and was responsible for ensuring that all outputs met the standards, along with training their design team. Concurrently, I managed the specification and development of the product: a desktop web application for end customers, who are event photographers. The system allows for real-time uploading of all photos taken to the application, applying image processing using Lightroom presets. The AI filters the photos based on blur level, alignment, stabilization, and more. Additionally, we began specifying the mobile app for guests. When guests enter the event, they scan a QR code to register in the app and receive their photos live during the event through a facial recognition system.
